Himalayan Salt

Himalayan salt is mined in the Punjab region of Pakistan. This mineral rich salt (potassium, magnesium and calcium) gets it's signature pink coloring from the volcanic iron-oxide rich clay. Use Himalayan salt for marinating and seasoning.
