1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup carrots, peeled and shredded
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. Champagne Jalapeno Mustard
1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
salt and pepper to taste
6-8 hot dogs
6-8 hot dog buns
1 doz. onion rings, cooked
1 cup smoky and spicy bbq beans, reheated
In a medium bowl toss together cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar and celery seeds until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Preheat grill to medium high heat and grill hot dogs for 3-4 minutes or until lightly charred and hot.
Place grilled dogs into buns and top with beans, coleslaw and onions rings.
