Ingredients:
Italian Dressing:
1/4 cup Gil’s Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1/4 cup Gil’s Basil or Red Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Gil’s Champagne Roasted Garlic Mustard
2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
San Fran Sea Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups rotini pasta, cooked
4 cups baby arugula
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups corn kernels
2 cups Gil’s Feta Cheese Stuffed Olives, chopped
2 cups marinated artichoke hearts
Instructions:
Place balsamic, olive oil, mustard, honey, and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl and whisk until blended. Season salad dressing to taste with salt and pepper. Divide dressing between 4 large mason jars. Fill and layer the jars with pasta, arugula, tomatoes, corn, olives, and artichoke hearts, leaving about an inch of space at the top of the jars for shaking. Keep the jars refrigerated until ready to serve.
