makes 4 hot dogs
Ingredients:
1 tomato, cored and diced
1/2 red onion, peeled and diced
1 cucumber, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon The Pepper Plant Original Sauce
4 large hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
1 avocado, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 cup goat cheese crumbles
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
In a medium bowl combine the tomato, onion, cucumber and sauce. Toss to combine and set aside.
Grill hot dogs for 3-4 minutes or until they’re hot all the way through. Split the hot dog buns, if necessary, and place hot dogs inside. Top with veggie mix, avocado and goat cheese crumbles before serving.
