Berry Balsamic Cranberry Sauce

Step away from the canned cran, and opt in to this homemade version using our Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar. The sweet and earthy balsamic pairs perfectly with the tart cranberries, making this a memorable condiment for the holidays.

Serves 8

Ingredients:

12 ounces frozen cranberries, thawed and drained

¾ cup orange juice

⅓ cup brown sugar

⅔ cup granulated sugar

Fresh herbs and orange zest, for garnish

Instructions

Place cranberries, orange juice, balsamic, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a medium saucepan, stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a low simmer over medium-low heat and cook, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes or until the cranberries burst and the syrup thickens.

Remove from the heat and set aside to cool at room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to a sealable container, and refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve, garnish with fresh herbs and orange zest.
